Thank you for joining us on ‘the Journey’ at the 2010 ITM Conference at Chelsea F.C. It was a pleasure to see so many of you.

As you experienced, this year’s conference presented us with the opportunity to introduce some changes, a new two day format, a new style of educational offering in Plan, Do & Review, the introduction of 8 content streams plus plenty of concentrated networking including our First Timers event, 1-2-1 Exchange sessions and our pitch-side BBQ. This year was about getting back to basics and looking at the full end to end experience of Travel & Meetings Management, breaking down barriers and re-engaging with each other. I hope this conference challenged you.
