1. Who should attend?
  • Anyone who purchases business travel, meetings or related services on behalf of their organisation

2. Do I have to be an ITM member?
  • No. Although ITM buyer members can attend the conference free of charge, and ITM supplier members for a fee, the event is also open to non-member buyers. A special rate is available to non-member buyers although by joining ITM a buyer may attend the conference free of charge. The conference is not open to non-member suppliers.

4. Will delegates be made up exclusively of buyers?
  • Although around 40% of ITM's membership is made up of airlines, hotels, surface transport providers and travel management companies; the ratio of buyers to suppliers attending the conference is strictly controlled 50:50.
5. Will I have to attend meetings with suppliers?
  • Yes. In order to receive complimentary delegate registration, buyers and sponsored buyers are required to attend the ITM Exchange session with suppliers/sponsors.
6. Are all the sessions compulsory?
  • None of the sessions are compulsory, however we would hope that every delegate would wish to make the most of the educational and networking opportunities that the conference provides.
7. Will transportation to the venue be provided?

8. Can I stay after the Event?
  • The ITM Conference finishes at the end of the gala dinner evening on Thursday 13th May. Delegates staying overnight on Thursday 13th May will have access to the facilities at their hotel until check-out time but may be denied access to other parts of the venue. Access required to any other areas will need to be pre-arranged by the delegate directly with the venue and at the delegates own expense.
9. What is the dress code for the conference?
  • Smart casual - no jeans, training shoes or T shirts

11. What is the dress code for Thursday Evening?
  • Black tie
12. Is there luggage storage facilities at Chelsea F.C?
  • Luggage can be stored at the Chelsea FC within the Great Hall at the dedicated areas.
13. What is the temperature in May?
  • The average daytime temperature in May is between 11°C – 15°C
14. Can I bring a Guest to the Gala Dinner ?
  • Yes you can, the fee is £100.00 plus vat and you will need to contact the Event Management team to advise.
15. Can I bring a Guest to the Wednesday night event?
  • Yes you can, the fee is £50.00 plus vat and you will need to contact the Event Management team to advise.
